GraduateFinderSA by DrB! revolutionises graduate recruitment by connecting employers large & small, as well as recruitment agencies directly with unemployed graduates that have the qualifications & geographical locations they require..

The GraduateFinderSA by DrB! platform (a subsidiary of InternshipsSA.co.za) has been created to connect unemployed graduates with potential employers who are willing and able to expose them to the world of work by offering them an opportunity to work, and at a minimum, a stipend that will cover travel and living expenses.
UNEMPLOYED GRADUATES: Register just your qualification(s) & specialisation(s), geographical locations (municipality) & contact details, free of charge - no CV needed.
EMPLOYERS LARGE & SMALL and RECRUITMENT AGENCIES: Find unemployed graduates in your locality & only pay a nominal administration fee per graduate’s contact details.
Should an employer be in need of funding to support their internship/skills development initiative, they may consider accessing the skills development programme funding that is applicable to their industry, which is available from the Department of Higher Education & Training SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) - see link for available SETAs https://www.dhet.gov.za/SitePages/SETAlinks.aspx
GraduateFinderSA is currently targeted at candidates who have obtained an Advanced Diploma (NQF7), a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7), a Postgraduate Certificate (NQF8), a Postgraduate Diploma (NQF8), an Honours Degree (NQF8), a Masters Degree (NQF9) or a PhD Degree (NQF10) qualification, and is not currently intended for registration of Advanced Certificate (NQF6) or National Diploma (NQF6) qualifications. The initial focus on NQF Level 7+ graduates is based on two main reasons: (i) completing such a graduate qualification is the clearest demonstration of the candidates’ ability to persevere and to apply themselves in order to succeed in the most challenging of circumstances - both of which are qualities that would be an asset in any work environment; and (ii) by moving the graduate pool onto employment or entrepreneurial opportunities, it helps to motivate those still approaching Matric that working hard (& smarter*) in order to gain entry into tertiary education pays off if they can see that the brilliant stars that have gone before them have not ended up languishing in the ranks of the unemployed.
For the candidate, the internship provides an opportunity to experience the world of work, to observe the practical application of their field of study, and to understand how organisations function such that, should they wish to pursue an entrepreneurial career path, such exposure will give them the exposure they need to develop successful organisations of the future.
The employer who provides the internship opportunity benefits in several ways: (i) the employer gets the opportunity to tap into some brilliant minds that have been exposed to the latest developments in their fields of study, and can therefore contribute to the growth of the organisation; (ii) the employer is able to observe the graduate’s work ethic and potential to succeed in the organisation, and can therefore decide whether to keep them on a permanent basis or not; (iii) the employer saves on recruitment costs such as agency fees, advertising, and reviewing and shortlisting of CVs since the GraduateFinderSA platform enables them to connect directly with the candidate that possesses the qualification they require, and in the geographical location of their interest, and (iv) the employer gets to contribute towards reducing unemployment, transferring skills to a new generation, and to growing their organisation and ultimately the SA economy.

Registration of the graduate’s profile on GraduateFinderSA is free and quick - all that’s required are the candidate’s qualification(s), geographical location (Municipality & Province), and the contact details a potential employer will use to contact them to progress the conversation. Should a graduate find employment, even if temporarily, it is required that they suspend their listing otherwise they risk being black listed from the website.

Potential employers are able to utilise the free registration of their business/organisation on the GraduateFinderSA website in order to view a list of available qualifications per location (Province & Municipality). Should there be qualifications they are interested in, they can elect to receive the contact details of the graduates of interest upon payment of a nominal administration fee per graduate record.
